The room was large and the facilities included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The location was marvellous on to the seafront.

It was in a good and amazing location an easy walk to Amusements. The breakfast was hot, included amazing options.

The rooms are decent sized and compact, with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The staff are welcoming and incredible, and the owner too.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel and will be back. The property was clean and staff was incredibly nice and pleasant. The family room was compact with a bunk bed and nice decor and the location was good.

Comforts of family room were fabulous - iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a satellite TV.

Everything was absolutely fine, super-friendly staff made our stay really nice! Really enjoyed the room, it was newly remodelled. The bed was comfy and the balcony had magnificent views.

Airy rooms with central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities, very comfy beds. A great selection of options, fab food.

I was given a great-sized and newly decorated room with with decent size TV & comfy bed as well as clean toilet.

The beds were comfy, the room was great-sized and newly decorated with a brand new shower. It was an excellent and fantastic location just next door to a tram stop-perfect, tram stop and train station local shops,

This place was ideal in general with an exceptionally nice and very pleasant staff team. Family ambiance, good and amazing location. Really really nice stay in very pleasant area. Only 5 minutes on foot from Pleasure Beach railway

Everything was very good here, and the views were great. The room was good-sized and recently refurbished and complete with a bath.
